Pepper Pike home prices rose in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Pepper Pike rose by $21,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,000 - a 4.7% increase over the $448,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 116 homes sold in Pepper Pike in 2019.
