Pricing for the median home in Mayfield Heights increased during 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Mayfield Heights rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 275 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,000 - a 14.7% increase over the $136,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 299 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in 2019.
