South Euclid median home prices rose by 24.6% in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in South Euclid rose by $22,138 while total sales decreased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 489 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,138 - a 24.6% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 556 homes sold in South Euclid in 2019.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for 2020.
