Median home prices in East Cleveland rose to $19,250 in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in East Cleveland rose by $750 while total sales decreased by 19.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 148 homes sold, with a median sale price of $19,250 - a 4.1% increase over the $18,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 183 homes sold in East Cleveland in 2019.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $786, approximately 4.1% of the median home sale price for 2020.
