Home prices increased in University Heights during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in University Heights rose by $20,545 while total sales increased by 7.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 127 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $154,455 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 118 homes sold in University Heights in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,243, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
