The second half of 2020: Mayfield Heights experienced a 18.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Mayfield Heights rose by $25,450 while total sales increased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 152 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,700 - a 18.8% increase over the $135,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 140 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,684, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
