The second half of 2020: Home prices in Cleveland Heights increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Cleveland Heights rose by $29,850 while total sales increased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 422 homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,850 - a 29.3% increase over the $102,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 383 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,500, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
