How did home prices perform in Euclid during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Euclid rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 451 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $68,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 487 homes sold in Euclid in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
