East Cleveland median home prices rose by 9.9% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in East Cleveland rose by $1,800 while total sales increased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $20,000 - a 9.9% increase over the $18,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in East Cleveland in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $786, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
