Beachwood median home prices rose by 10.4% in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Beachwood rose by $28,250 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 10.4% increase over the $271,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Beachwood in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,984, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
