Rising home prices in Mayfield in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Mayfield rose by $32,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mayfield in the fourth quarter of 2019.
