Median home prices in Highland Heights fell to $261,000 in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Highland Heights fell by $77,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 29 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 22.8% decrease over the $338,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Highland Heights in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.
