Pricing for the median home in Lyndhurst increased during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Lyndhurst rose by $16,800 while total sales increased by 44.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,750 - a 12% increase over the $139,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Lyndhurst in the fourth quarter of 2019.
