The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in Richmond Heights increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Richmond Heights rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 10.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $144,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Richmond Heights in the fourth quarter of 2019.
