How did home prices perform in South Euclid during the fourth quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in South Euclid rose by $27,250 while total sales increased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 139 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,250 - a 29% increase over the $94,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in South Euclid in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
