Rising home prices in East Cleveland in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in East Cleveland rose by $9,325 while total sales increased by 76%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $26,825 - a 53.3% increase over the $17,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in East Cleveland in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $786, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
