Pepper Pike home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Pepper Pike rose by $61,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,000 - a 15.3% increase over the $399,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Pepper Pike in November 2019.
