Highland Heights home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Highland Heights fell by $110,300 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,950 - a 34.3% decrease over the $321,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Highland Heights in November 2019.
