Lyndhurst home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Lyndhurst rose by $6,100 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $139,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Lyndhurst in November 2019.
