Cleveland Heights home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Cleveland Heights rose by $10,100 while total sales increased by 41.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $124,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in November 2019.
