South Euclid home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in South Euclid rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 103.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 21.7% increase over the $94,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in South Euclid in November 2019.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
