Euclid home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Euclid rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 64.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $79,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Euclid in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
