Beachwood home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Beachwood rose by $33,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 13.2% increase over the $256,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Beachwood in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,984, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
