East Cleveland home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in East Cleveland rose by $11,050 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,900 - a 65.6% increase over the $16,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in East Cleveland in October 2019.
