Influenza vaccinations for Geauga County residents at a drive-up flu vaccine clinic.

WHAT: Geauga Public Health, University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center, and the Geauga County Fairground Board are collaborating to provide influenza vaccinations to Geauga County residents at a drive-up flu vaccine clinic.
WHEN: Saturday, November 7th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (while supplies last)
WHERE: Geauga County Fairgrounds
REGISTRATION: First come, first served. No registration required.
COST: Free
MORE DETAILS: Those receiving the vaccine will not need to leave their car. They will be expected to wear face coverings to protect the staff working the event. The event may end prior to 4:00pm if all the available vaccine doses have been administered. UH Geauga will
be providing the flu vaccine doses as well as some staff.
The Geauga County Fair Board will be providing the space. Geauga Public Health will be providing staff and other supplies.
Geauga Public Health is testing this drive-through model for possible application when a vaccine for COVID-19 eventually becomes available for the public at large.
