Beachwood home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Beachwood fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 21.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 6.5% decrease over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Beachwood in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,984, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
