Highland Heights home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Highland Heights fell by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 19.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,000 - a 1.2% decrease over the $246,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Highland Heights in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,087, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
