Mayfield Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Mayfield Heights rose by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 23.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,500 - a 19.6% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,684, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
