Cleveland Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Cleveland Heights rose by $21,000 while total sales increased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 239 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,000 - a 18.8% increase over the $112,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 213 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,500, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
