South Euclid home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in South Euclid rose by $20,225 while total sales decreased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,725 - a 22.1% increase over the $91,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 140 homes sold in South Euclid in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
