Pepper Pike home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Pepper Pike rose by $37,500 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $442,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Pepper Pike in September 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
