Beachwood home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Beachwood fell by $55,500 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 18.5% decrease over the $300,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Beachwood in September 2019.
