Cleveland Heights home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Cleveland Heights rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 11.4% increase over the $118,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in September 2019.
