City of Cleveland Water Pollution Control issued the following announcement on Oct. 13.
#E185SewerProject: Starting Oct. 13 several traffic detours will happen along E. 185 St. and several of its side streets for work on the new relief sewer. The intersection at Arrowhead Ave. will be closed to traffic in both directions for two days, beginning Oct. 13. On Oct. 15 that intersection will reopen, but Arrowhead Ave. will be blocked for about four weeks. Also on Oct. 15, the west side of E. 185 St. at Schenely Ave. will be closed for about three weeks for the tunnel shaft installation. Please follow detour signs.
