Stark County Ohio Government issued the following announcement on Sept. 28.
As part of a program to replace aging sewer pipes and to prevent intrusion of clean water into the sanitary sewers, the Stark County Sanitary Engineering Department will be opening bids for sanitary sewer replacement Project 615 on October 8th. The areas affected are in Jackson Township between Skycrest and Meadowview Streets and on Easypace and Devonshire Streets.
Once a contractor is selected, a tentative schedule and any pertinent updates will be posted here. The tentative ground break is mid November and the completion deadline is in February 2021.
