Pepper Pike home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Pepper Pike rose by $53,750 while total sales decreased by 56.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,000 - a 12.9% increase over the $416,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Pepper Pike in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
