Mayfield home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Mayfield rose by $55,750 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 32% increase over the $174,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mayfield in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,894, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
