Mayfield Heights home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Mayfield Heights rose by $48,000 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,500 - a 39.2% increase over the $122,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in August 2019.
