University Heights home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in University Heights fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 6.9% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in University Heights in August 2019.
