Lyndhurst home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Lyndhurst rose by $5,250 while total sales decreased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,700 - a 3.5% increase over the $149,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Lyndhurst in August 2019.
