South Euclid home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in South Euclid rose by $44,750 while total sales decreased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,750 - a 55.9% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in South Euclid in August 2019.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
