Euclid home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Euclid rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 43.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 29% increase over the $62,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 109 homes sold in Euclid in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
