Mayfield home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Mayfield fell by $63,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,500 - a 18.8% decrease over the $335,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mayfield in July 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,894, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
