Shaker Heights home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Shaker Heights rose by $35,285 while total sales decreased by 4.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,785 - a 17.5% increase over the $201,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Shaker Heights in July 2019.
