University Heights home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in University Heights rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,000 - a 11% increase over the $159,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in University Heights in July 2019.
