South Euclid home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in South Euclid rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 12.2% increase over the $98,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in South Euclid in July 2019.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
