Euclid home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Euclid fell by $1,950 while total sales increased by 1.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,800 - a 2.7% decrease over the $71,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Euclid in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
