Euclid home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Euclid rose by $11,250 while total sales decreased by 32.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 176 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,250 - a 16.3% increase over the $69,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 261 homes sold in Euclid in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
