Richmond Heights home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Richmond Heights fell by $23,650 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,250 - a 14.8% decrease over the $159,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Richmond Heights in the second quarter of 2019.
