University Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in University Heights rose by $14,150 while total sales decreased by 25.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,900 - a 8.8% increase over the $160,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in University Heights in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,243, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
